How long does delivery take?
Instant products (cards, keys) arrive within minutes of payment confirmation. Products that need manual activation arrive within 8 hours at most — usually sooner.
How do I get my code after buying?
Your code appears on the order page in your account and is also sent to your registered email.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Check the order status under "My orders". If it's taking longer than expected, contact support right away.
Payment & wallet
Which payment methods are available?
The GAMelo wallet, plus any other payment method enabled on the store (including USDT and Binance Pay).
How do I top up my wallet?
From My account → Wallet → Top up.
Can I get a refund?
Digital codes can't be refunded once revealed. For technical problems, the amount is refunded to your wallet.
