By using GAMelo and completing any purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the products

All products are entirely digital (codes, top-up cards, licences, subscription activations). Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Account and responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and keeping your password secret. Any action taken from your account is considered yours.

3. Pricing and payment

Displayed prices are final and include any service fees shown at checkout. We may change prices without notice; this never affects already-confirmed orders.

4. Acceptable use

Fraudulent resale of codes or using the store for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. We may suspend any account proven to be abusing the service.

5. Store wallet

Wallet balance is used within the GAMelo store and can be withdrawn from the Wallet page. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team, exclude credit from rewards or promotions, and may be declined if fraud is suspected.

6. Limitation of liability

We're not responsible for issues caused by a customer's incorrect use of a code after it was successfully delivered.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
